Nowadays, the disposable tableware represented by paper cup has entered the people's life, and its safety has also attracted much attention. According to the national regulations, recycled paper can not be used as raw material for disposable paper cup, and fluorescent bleaching agent cannot be added. However, many paper cups use recycled paper that violates the regulations. A large amount of fluorescent bleaching agent is added to make it white, and some industrial calcium carbonate and talcum powder are added to increase its weight. In addition, in order to resist high temperature, the paper cup is covered with a layer of coated paper. According to the regulations, the standard non-toxic polyethylene should be selected. However, some manufacturers use industrial polyethylene or waste plastics from medical waste and chemical packaging instead.
Disposable paper cups are divided into three types: one is made of white cardboard, which is mainly used to hold dry food such as French fries and popcorn, but can not hold water; the second is waxed paper cup, which is thick and waterproof, but can not hold food with temperature higher than 40 ℃; the third is paper plastic cup, that is, the outer wall is coated with a layer of paper and the inner wall is coated with a layer of coated paper to prevent water and oil.
